NAFA will be coming in one year time.. thus i need to train up my body liao.. went to gym and swimming.. wanted to sun tan sia.. see the weather SO GD.. but by the time weijing arrived, its going to rain.. TMD... no more sun tanning.. we went to swim in the rain.. its was so damm cold.. lol.. so we stopped and chit chat while waiting for ah lu and ckw to come.. finally, the rain stops.. we swim for like 20 laps.. super tiring! no stamina liao..

then ckw and ah lu come liao.. i company ckw go gym 1st then went back to join ah lu and wj for swimming again.. finally the sun is out.. at least can sun tan awhile lol.. then it was around 5 liao.. went to get something and eat.. play arcade before going home and slp....

next week i'm going to study liao.. must revise ITEC especially..
